ANI Management Group calls and troubles my friend to no end by calling at really inconvenient times. In case there is no response he leaves voice mails. He just leaves his first name and extension number. He calls both my friend's home phone and cell phone. He has been since three weeks. My friend had given both these numbers to his creditors, Citi Bank. The caller does not threaten or shout but it creates an inconvenience because we read so many stories about debt collection harassment.
